Women of the Word

Faith's women's ministry is entitled "Women of the Word" because we emphasize applying the principles found in the Bible to our daily lives.  During the school year, we have Ladies Bible Study twice a week with one session on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 10:30 a.m. (childcare is provided) and the second on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. (no childcare).  Our topics range from indepth book/verse studies (such as Paul's letter to the Philippians) to topical ones (such as prayer).  Ladies need to purchase the study books/materials; these prices vary according to the study selected.
 
Women of the Word also hosts the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet usually held on Mother's Day weekend.  For more information about Ladies Bible Study or our other events, please contact the church office at 540-786-4953.
